Current status data is one of general data types in survival analysis and is fully considered in a lot of literature. However, in current status data, the only thing we know is whether the interesting event is happened. So, current status data will have less information, compared with right censored. In this article, we considered Bayesian partly linear accelerated failure time model with latent variables to deal with current status data. For the nonparametric part of partly linear accelerated failure time model, Bayesian P-splines is considered. The Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods is considered to sampling unknown parameters. The empirical performance of partial linear accelerated failure time model under current status data is demonstrated by the simulation. Finally, an application of heart failure disease for type 2 diabetes patients is considered.

王纯杰,教授,博士生导师,长春工业大学数学与统计学院经理兼数学与统计公司党委副书记,吉林省拔尖创新人才,吉林省高水平优势特色学科统计学首席负责人。曾先后赴美国密苏里大学统计系学习、香港中文大学统计系访问,新加坡南洋理工大学统计系做博士后研究。中国概率统计研究会理事,全国工业统计学教学研究会理事,中国现场统计研究会经济与金融统计分会常务理事会,中国现场统计研究会大数据统计分会常务理事,吉林省工业与应用数学研究会常务理事,吉林省现场统计研究会副秘书长等。近三年主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,青年基金项目1项,主要参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,主持和参与各类省部级科研项目18项,发表科研论文53篇,发表SCI论文13篇;主持和参与其他各类教改项目15项。
